I’m Devin Lamarr, Founder and CEO of Winning Wealthy — but more importantly, I’m living proof that transformation is possible when you refuse to quit on yourself.
Not long ago, I was stuck:
Working a job I hated.
Feeling like I didn’t belong there, outgrowing the toxic environment.
Barely scraping by paycheck to paycheck while bills mounted.
I felt out of place, like I didn’t belong there. The atmosphere was toxic, and I knew deep down I was meant for more. But knowing you’re meant for more and actually living it are two very different things. At that time, I was barely scraping by paycheck to paycheck. Bills piled up faster than I could pay them, and every month felt like survival mode.
In my desperation, I tried everything. I gave eCommerce a shot (fun fact, my very first business was an online store called TicaToc.com, selling cheap “luxury” watches... don’t laugh 🤬😅). Then I moved on to YouTube videos, then Amazon FBA (and trust me, I wouldn’t recommend that one), email marketing, affiliate marketing, and just about every other “opportunity” I came across. But one by one, every venture failed. Not because I wasn’t putting in the effort, but because I didn’t have the right knowledge, the right strategies, or the right mentorship.
It was exhausting. I was tired of wasting money I didn’t even have. Tired of pouring time and energy into things that left me with nothing to show for it. Tired of spinning my wheels and wondering if freedom was even possible for someone like me. Honestly? I hit rock bottom.
That’s when everything changed. That’s when God answered my prayers.
One night, at my lowest point, I stumbled across an ad featuring a man named Vick Strizheus. And that ad… changed everything.
It was like the very message I had been waiting for — a reminder that I wasn’t crazy for dreaming bigger, and that there was, in fact, a smarter way forward. That night lit a fire in me, and from that moment on, nothing was ever the same.
